Returns are available is for 30 days after the date of sale. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The items must also be in the original packaging.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our PVC pipe cannot be returned as each 2-, 3- or 5-foot segment are custom cut for each order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, normally in the form of an invoice (sent by email) or a packing slip (shipped with your order).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  • Any item that is returned without authorization more than 30 days after delivery. These items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please allow at least 48 hours after you have been notified of the refund, or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

If issues still occur, please contact your bank or financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot perform exchanges, as additional shipping charges are incurred. You are welcome to return the items to us and place another order with us for the correct items you need, directly from our online store. Once the returned items are receive, we will provide a refund of the product price only, back to your original funding source.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for the original order or the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
