Can I use Pipeworks fittings and caps with regular PVC Pipe?
Yes. All Pipeworks fittings and accessories are completely compatible with off-the-shelf Schedule 40 PVC pipe. This is the type of PVC pipe that is white and is sold in the plumbing department of most hardware and home stores.
What kind of PVC pipe WONT work with Pipeworks products?
You cannot use Copper Tube Size (CTS) or CPVC with Pipeworks products as they use a different measurement system. It is also not recommended to use Pipeworks products with steel or other proprietary plastic tubing as the diameters will not match up properly.
How do I figure out what PVC pipe size I have?
NEVER measure the outside diameter of your PVC pipe to find the pipe size. This will result in you receiving the incorrect size. Always measure the INSIDE DIAMETER of the pipe (the hole inside the pipe) to determine what size PVC pipe you have. You can also check your pipe dimensions on our PVC Pipe Sizes and Dimensions page.
Do you offer discounts for wholesale, box or bulk orders?
We do not currently offer wholesale quantities at this time. While we are working on it, but it's not something we offer right now.
How much is shipping?
We offer the least expensive shipping options for all products, and Free Shipping on any orders over $149.00 in value (before taxes and after discounts). PVC Pipe is the most expensive of our items to ship, so be aware that the cost is high due to the weight and length factors.

How long does it take for products to ship?
Orders normally ship in 1 to 2 business days after your order has placed. We don't ship on weekends, so be sure to calculate business days (Monday through Friday) when trying to determine shipping timeframes.
Can I return products?
We accept returns on PVC fittings only. We do not accept returns on PVC pipe as each order is cut to size from our 10-foot stock, and we cannot restock the items. For additional returns questions, or how to request a return authorization please see our Returns page.
